$200 Penalty Fine for Dying

Touching wires causes instant electrocution death, $200 fine. You better not die, or we’re going to fine you $200 for dragging your corpse out of there. I wonder how they’re going to collect the money though, perhaps hope that the corpse has some gold dentures that they can pawn?
